This school is particularly successful at supporting pupils' personal development. Pupils are thoughtful and kind and they develop positive attitudes towards learning. There is a calm and happy atmosphere in lessons, with pupils supporting each other very sensitively. As one pupil said, "We are all friends and there is always someone to look after you.

"Pupils are.....well cared for and very happy at school.....polite and helpful....."

"There is a superb atmosphere in lessons, with children working together happily and behaving very sensibly all of the time. Children are independent and confident."
